鸟鸣人声

入耳也未入耳

花红草绿

入目也未入目

薄雾青翠

一呼一吸间天人同体

浮躁困惑

一起一伏处知行合一

吸

纳你入我宽阔胸怀

呼

放你回那声色人间

平和

就是

于起念与熄灭时倏然而至的

于拿起与放下间悄然逝去的

那一点

佛

性

What you are hearing is not what you have heard;

What you are seeing is not what you have seen.

You will get the harmony of human and nature by breathing in and out; 

You will get the unity of knowledge and practice through the ups and downs in life;

Peace, as we call it Buddha Hood, is a kind of mind coming and going naturally, which comes by the deep tolerance and the capacity of self release.
